At EvergraveSW, we care for every resting place with dignity and respect. These Terms are designed to keep things clear and fair between us and our customers.
Payments.
Invoices are issued after the clean has been completed. Payment is due within 10 days of receiving your invoice.
Cancellations.
If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours before the scheduled clean. Cancellations made later than this may still be charged, as preparations will already have been made.
Refunds.
Refunds are only offered if you are not satisfied with the end result, and you provide a clear reason why.
Your responsibilities.
Please provide accurate details of the grave location to best of your ability and any special instructions. If cemetery rules apply, it’s your responsibility to ensure we’re permitted to carry out the work. This mainly refers to letter repainting jobs we carry out.
Our limitations.
We cannot be held responsible for natural wear, weather damage, vandalism, or restrictions imposed by cemetery authorities. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
Respect & care.
Every service is carried out with respect and in line with cemetery guidelines. If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, we may reschedule or decline the service.
Governing law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
